Hi, I’m Liesbeth, the founder of The StrongHER Physio, a fitness enthusiast, pelvic health physiotherapist and pre/postnatal coach based in Melbourne, with over 17 years of experience.
My passion is helping women feel their strongest and most confident selves through a physio-led approach that combines pelvic floor rehabilitation with strength training for women. This whole-body method delivers long-lasting results, empowering women to live symptom-free, active lives.
Whether you’re navigating exercise in pregnancy, postpartum recovery, movement throughout menopause or managing pelvic health challenges such as incontinence or prolapse, I provide personalised programs, both in-person and online, tailored to your unique needs. I founded The StrongHER Physio as I saw my pre/postnatal patients and women experiencing pelvic health challenges were missing practical guidance to return to, start or maintain their exercise routine while considering their pelvic health needs. Many felt unsure about how to exercise safely throughout pregnancy or when managing pelvic floor challenges such as incontinence or prolapse or how to start their postpartum recovery.
By blending pelvic floor physiotherapy with strength training for women, I provide the expert support needed to empower women with a unique whole-body approach to pelvic health, essential for both rehabilitation and long-term results.
