These sessions are designed to give you the expert education and practical guidance you need to continue training safely at your gym or at home.
Whether you’re returning to exercise postpartum, need pregnancy-safe modifications, or want to manage pelvic floor concerns (prolapse, incontinence,..), together, we’ll adjust your workouts to suit your pelvic health needs.
