Start with the foundations and learn to use your deep core and pelvic floor "correctly" with my unique whole-body approach, progressing over 4 weeks.
Based on my proven approach as a pelvic health physio and strength coach with over 16 years of experience.

Option A: 3x 15min home workouts a week. Equipment: chair and pilates ball (or pillow).
Option B: 3x 30 -35 min weekly home or gym workouts. Equipment: dumbbells, bands, bench or chair.
