Hi, I’m Liesbeth,

A fitness enthusiast, pelvic health physiotherapist, and pre- & postnatal coach with over 16 years of experience.

I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and symptom-free at every stage of life.

By combining pelvic floor rehabilitation with strength training for women, I’ve created a unique whole-body approach to pelvic health that delivers lasting results and empowers women to move through life without limitations.

PREGNANCY

Strength training to help you build a strong foundation and prepare for birth, based on the fundamentals of safe exercise during pregnancy, so you can feel strong throughout pregnancy.

POSTPARTUM

Embrace gentle yet effective exercises designed to initiate your core strength after childbirth and pelvic floor recovery early postnatal from the comfort of your own home.

POSTNATAL

Rebuild pre-pregnancy strength, feel empowered after childbirth, and support your return to fitness, addressing concerns like diastasis recti recovery and incontinence treatment.
